1.00% = $4,000 per year, billed quarterly in arrears.
Straightforward fees
Trust starts with knowing how your advisor is paid.
Greater Than Financial is fee-only. Clients pay us directly; we do not accept product commissions, referral fees, or revenue sharing.
Start with a no-cost review
Tell us about your situation through Find My Next Step. We will review what you share and recommend a useful route. There is no charge for that initial review, and completing it does not create an advisory relationship.
If a paid engagement is appropriate, we will explain the scope and fee before you decide. When an initial consultation is the right next step, the fee is $1,195. Ongoing relationships generally combine fiduciary financial planning with investment management and are priced by the household assets we manage. If asset management is not the right structure, we may propose a monthly retainer based on the work needed.
Ongoing planning and investment management
| Billable household assets | Annual fee | Minimum annual fee |
|---|---|---|
| Less than $500,000 | 1.00% | No minimum |
| $500,000 to $1 million | 0.75% | $5,000 |
| $1 million to $2.5 million | 0.50% | $7,500 |
| $2.5 million to $5 million | 0.40% | $12,500 |
| $5 million and above | 0.30% | $20,000 |
This is a breakpoint schedule, not a marginal schedule. The applicable rate is charged on the entire billable balance, subject to the minimum annual fee for that band. Fees are calculated by household and billed quarterly in arrears.
Representative annual-fee examples
0.75% = $5,625 per year, billed quarterly in arrears.
0.50% = $7,500 per year, billed quarterly in arrears.
These examples illustrate GTF's advisory fee under the schedule above. Investment products, custodians, or other professionals may charge separate costs when applicable. Current agreements and disclosures provide the controlling details.
What fee-only fiduciary advice means
We are compensated by clients, not by investment or insurance companies. When providing financial advice, we are committed to putting the client's interests first and explaining both our recommendations and their costs in plain language.
Signed agreements and current filed disclosures control if they differ from this summary. Existing clients may have legacy fee schedules. Fees are negotiable. Review our Investment Adviser Public Disclosure record and current brochures.
